Horacio Quiroga Resort

Shooting and angling guests are accommodated in single rooms at the Horacio Quiroga Resort, which sits in a picturesque peninsula location on Lago Salto Grande, immediately above the Salto Grande dam on the Uruguayan side of the river. The La Zona/Salto Grande fishing area is immediately below the dam, so the trip to the boats each morning is only a few minutes. Trips to the field for doves average around 30 minutes.

The resort is surrounded by a 450-acre national park and features multiple pools and thermal baths, along with an excellent bars and restaurants. Our guests are hosted in a private dining and cocktail area.

The hotel has 24-hour Internet use and wireless access is available in many locations throughout the facility.
